Built for the Cold: Why Battery Performance Matters on the Mountain

Built for the Cold: Why Battery Performance Matters on the Mountain

A ski day can start before sunrise and last until the lifts close.

The problem?

Your electronics don't always enjoy the cold as much as you do.

Low temperatures can be challenging for batteries, especially when you're spending hours outdoors.

That's why INNOSIGHT V10 was designed with the mountain environment in mind.

A 1000mAh Battery Designed for Cold Conditions

V10 uses a 1000mAh battery with a dedicated Battery Management System (BMS).

The system is designed to support reliable operation in low-temperature environments, with a stated typical use time of up to 10 hours at -20°C.

That means your goggles are designed for the kind of cold conditions where ordinary electronics can struggle.

Made for a Full Day on the Mountain

A smart ski goggle is only useful if it stays powered when you need it.

That's why we focused on more than simply adding a battery.

Power management, low-power hardware, and the battery system were considered together to create a platform designed for extended outdoor use.

And when it is time to recharge, V10 supports USB-C charging, with a charging time of approximately 2.5 hours.

Technology That Goes Where You Go

Cold shouldn't mean giving up the technology that keeps you connected.

From the first run of the day to the last trip down the mountain, V10 is designed to stay with you.

Cold mountain. Long day. Stay connected.
